Assistant Community Manager
Position RCA 10.06 

PMP’s Laurel, MD office is searching for an assitant manager who has broad business experience.  Under general supervision, this position is intended to provide support to the Community Manager in the day-to day affairs of the community and the completion of administrative and operational tasks including communication, correspondence, maintenance issues, site familiarity and other actions related to meeting established goals of our client communities and PMP.

 

Essentials of Position:

·         Professional with 3+ years in business management

·         Strong communication and time management skills required

·         Ability to provide professional service to the client

·         Position located in Laurel, MD

·         Office hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5PM with some evening and weekend events required

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  

Assistant Property Manager
Position Rentals 10.08 

PMP’s Frederick, MD office is searching for an Assistant Property Manager who under the direction of the manager assists in day to day administrative and operational activities. 

 

Essentials of Position:

·         Professional with 2+ years administrative experience

·         Strong computer and administrative skills

·         Ability to provide professional service to the client

·         Position located in Frederick, MD

·         Office hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5PM with on call duties

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  

Finance Administrator (AP)
Position Finance 10.08 

PMP’s Frederick, MD office is searching for Finance Administrator who under general supervision assists in the day to day financial affairs of various communities managed by PMP.  Position focuses on Accounts Payable to include bank reconciliations, check runs, financial statements, journal entries and investment tracking.    

 

Essentials of Position:

·         Professional with 2+ years accounting experience

·         Accounting/Finance degree required

·         Strong computer skills and ability to work in a team

·         Ability to provide professional service to the client

·         Position located in Frederick, MD

·         Office hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5PM

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

 

Real Estate Leasing Agent

Position LA 10.04

Frederick office seeks outgoing licensed real estate agent to show and lease residential properties.  Commission based with flexible hours.
